D-007: Full app scope ratified

Round 1 of /research full-app-scope (artefact: ops/research/full-app-scope.md) closed the four foundational dimensions:

  1. First playable build = vertical slice across 6 regions. Basic combat preview, faction reputation visible across regions, all 5 factions sketched. Closed-beta candidate at month 24-36. No deep crafting, no watch-native in first playable (those land in D-009 phasing).
  2. Step economy = streak-based. Base 1 step → 1 Energy + streak bonus (+20% at 7 days, +50% at 30 days). Decay applies on missed attested day, not missed sync day.
  3. Anti-cheat = restrictive. Mock-step rejection, GPS sanity, TZ-jump rejection, signed device attestation (Play Integrity + Apple DeviceCheck via Firebase App Check). Server-side reconciliation against HealthKit / Health Connect as the authoritative source on every sync.
  4. Multiplayer = full networked. Player guilds, real-time co-op walking sessions, chat, regional events. WebSocket presence server, persistent message store, full social graph backend.

Pillar 1 protection (system-reviewer note): because (2) is streak-based and D-009 allows heavy offline play, the canonical anti-idle protection is per-day attestation — streaks decay on missed attested walks, not missed sync events. Mock-step apps fail attestation; idle days fail attestation. Phase-8 design constraint for mechanics-designer + tech-architect.

Reasoning: Anchors WalkRPG as a hardcore walking-RPG with PoE-style depth, real social systems, and trusted step economy. Aligns with D-001 (no MVP gate, full product). Foundation for D-008 (stack, audience, monetization) and D-009 (posture, phasing).
